Biography
Honors & Accomplishments:
- Holds the #9 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 4 x 400 (4:17.10) as the second leg.
- Holds the #5 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor distance medley relay (13:19.81) as the third leg.
- 2022-23 RMAC Indoor Track & Field All-Academic - Honor Roll.
- 2022 RMAC Outdoor Track & Field All-Academic - Honor Roll.
- 2023 RMAC Cross Country All-Academic Honor Roll selection.
2023 Cross Country (Junior):
- Ran in six races.
- Finished 32nd in the Black Hills State XC Invite (18:12.3).
2023 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Competed at four meets in the following events: 1500m run – 3 times, 3000m run, 5K.
- Finished in the top-10 at the Bauer Open in the 1500m run (5:32.41, 7th).
2022-23 Indoor (Sophomore):
- Competed at three meets, participating in the distance medley relay, the 800m run – 2 times, and the 4 x 400 relay – 2 times.
- Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 mark in the distance medley relay (13:19.81) at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
- Won the 4 x 400 relay (4:34.66) as the second leg at the Myrle Hanson Open.
- Recorded two additional top-5 finishes in the 800m run (2:39.13) at the Myrle Hanson Open and the 4 x 400 (5:00.42) as the first leg.
2022 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Recorded a top-50 finish at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears XC Open.
- Competed at the RMAC Championships.
2022 Outdoor (Freshman):
- Competed at one meet, participating in the 400m run and the 4 x 00 relay at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open.
- Finished in third in the 4 x 400 and sixth in the 400m run.
2021-22 Indoor (Freshman):
- Recorded three top-5 finishes and four top-10 finishes (400m dash, 4 x 400 relay – 3 times).
- Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 4 x 400 (4:17.10) at the RMAC Championships as the second leg.
2021 Cross Country (Freshman):
- Participated in four races.
- Finished 28th at the Hardrocker Cross Country Classic and 12th at the Gage McSpadden Memorial.
- Competed at the RMAC Championships.

- Attended Pioneer Valley High School.
