2023 Cross Country (Senior):
- Raced at six meets.
- Took home fifth and 14th place finishes at the Black Hills State XC Invite (16:09.2) and the Yellowjackets/Battlin' Bears Open (22:48.9).
2023 Outdoor (Junior):
- Set #5 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the outdoor 800m run (2:23.98) at the RMAC Championships.
- Set the #9 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the outdoor 1500m run (5:09.47) at the Bauer Open.
- Set the #4 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 5K (19:04.30) at the USD Early Bird.
- Set the #5 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 4 x 400 relay (4:11.74) as the fourth leg at the RMAC Championships.
- Won in the 800m run (Loper Invitational – 2:26.07) and the 1500m run (Bauer Open – 5:09.47).
- Finished in the top-10 four more times (4 x 400 relay – 3 times, 800m run).
2022-23 Indoor (Junior):
- Set the #9 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 400m dash (1:03.25) at the Stinger Open.
- Set the #2 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor mile (5:24.36).
- Set the #4 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 4 x 400 relay (4:14.69) as the anchor at the RMAC Championships.
- Set the #5 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor distance medley relay (13:19.81) as the first leg.

- Competed in the 800m run at the RMAC Championships
2021-22 Indoor (Sophomore):
- Set the #10 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the 4 x 400 relay (4:17.10) as the third leg at the RMAC Championships.
- Five top-5 finishes (800m run – 2 times, , 4 x 400 relay – 2 times, mile).
- Competed at the RMAC Championships in the 4 x 400 relay and the distance medley relay.
2021 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Finished eighth at the Hardrocker XC Classic.
- Competed at the RMAC Championships and the South Central Region Championships.
2021 Outdoor (Freshman):
- Recorded five top-10 finishes (800m run – 2 times 1500m run – 2 times, 4 x 400 relay).
- Competed at the RMAC Championships in the 800m run and the 4 x 400 relay.
2020-21 Indoor (Freshman):
- Competed in the 800m run twice.
- Finished second at the Yellow Jacket Open and 15th at the Stinger Open.
2020 Cross Country (Freshman):
- Raced three times.
- Finished in the top-15 twice (Black Hills State XC Invite, Chadron State Cross Country Invitational).

- Attended Lutheran High School.
