Biography
Accomplishments:
- Holds the #2 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 3000m run (8:49.02).
- Holds the #4 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 1000m run (2:40.06).
- Holds the #9 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the steeplechase (9:52.43).
- 2x RMAC Outdoor All-Academic - Honor Roll (2022, 2023).
- 2022-23 RMAC Indoor All-Academic - Honor Roll.
- 2023 RMAC Cross Country All-Academic Honor Roll (2023).Â
2023 Cross Country (Junior):
- Competed in six races.
- Two top 20 finishes.
- Finished 17th in the Black Hills State XC Invite.
2023 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Finished in the top-5 in the 3000m steeple chase at the USD Early Bird, also setting a Hardrocker top-10 mark (9:52.43).
- Competed in the steeplechase at the RMAC Championships.
2022-23 Indoor (Sophomore):
- Set PRs and Hardrocker top-10 marks at the SDSU Indoor Classic in the 1000m and 3000m run (2:40.06, 8:49.02).
- Recorded two top-5 finishes (3000m run – 4th, Dave Little Alumni Mile, mile – 4:48.41, 3rd).
2022 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Set PR in the 6K at the Gage McSpadden Memorial (21:23.5).
- Competed at the RMAC Championships and the South Central Region Championships.
2022 Outdoor (Freshman):
2021-22 Indoor (Freshman):
- Competed twice, once in the 5K and once in the mile.
- Finished ninth in the mile at the Stinger Open (4:51.88).
2021 Cross Country (Freshman):
- Recorded a top-5 finish in the Wildcat Classic (8K, 27:16.7, 4th).
- Competed at the RMAC Championships and the South Central Region Championships.
High School:
- Attended Fremont High School in Nebraska.
- Was a team captain and team MVP.
- All-Conference selection.
- Academic All-Conference and Academic All-State.
