- PR and season-best in the 5K at the Al Bortke Open & Multi (15:59.29).
2022-23 Indoor (Junior):
- Competed in four meets.
- Recorded a top-5 finish in the 4 x 400 relay as the anchor (3:57.36).
- Season-best and PR in the 3000m run (9:24.87).
2022 Cross Country (Junior):
- Competed in 6 races.
- Season-best and PRs in the 6K (21:12.3) and the 10K (35:06.7).
- Participated in the RMAC Championships and the South Central Region Championships.
2022 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Competed in the 5K twice.
- Season-best at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open (16:36.88).
2021-22 Indoor (Sophomore):

- Season-best in the mile (4:55.35).
2021 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Set a PR in the 8K at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open (28:05.8).
- Competed in the RMAC Championships.
2021 Outdoor (Freshman):
- In four meets, recorded two top-6 finishes in the 1500m run, including a PR at the Dickinson State Blue Hawk Games (4:32.27).
- Season-best in the 5K came at the Bauer Open (16:49.56).

- Recorded two top-10 finishes (3000m run, 5K).
2020 Cross Country (Freshman):
