Accomplishments:
- 2x RMAC Outdoor All-Academic - Honor Roll (2022, 2023).
- 2x RMAC Indoor All-Academic - Honor Roll (2021-22, 2022-23).
- 2x RMAC Cross Country All-Academic - Honor Roll (2022, 2023).
2024 Outdoor (Senior):
- Five meets competed in.
- Finished in the top 10 twice (4 x 400, 1500m run).
2023-24 Indoor (Senior):
2023 Cross Country (Senior):
- Raced in five events.
- Participated in the RMAC and South Central Regional Championships.
2023 Outdoor (Junior):
- Competed in 3 events.
- Set PRs in the 400m run (56.60) and the 1500m run (4:05.56) at the USD Early Bird and the Loper Twilight.
2022-23 Indoor (Junior):
- Set PR and Hardrocker top-10 in the mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic (4:21.47).
2022 Cross Country (Junior):
- Set PRs in the 6K, 8K and the 10K at the Gage McSpadden Memorial (19:56.5), Griak Invitational (26:59.4), and the South Central Region Championships (33:22.4)..
2022 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Competed in the 800, 1500 and 5K.
- Set PR in the 5K (15:55.75) at the Yellowjackets/Battlin’ Bears Open.
- Participated in the 1500m run at the RMAC Championships.
2021-22 Indoor (Sophomore):
- Set PRs in the the 800m run (2:01.55), 3000m run (also Hardrocker top-10 mark, 9:01.52),
2021 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Set a season-best in the 8K at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open (27:03.3).
- Competed at the RMAC Championships and the South Central Region Championships.
2021 Outdoor (Freshman):
- Competed in the 1500m run, 5K run, and the 4 x 400 relay.
- Season best in the 5K came at the Mines (Colorado) Pre-Conference Invite (16:22.55).
2020-21 Indoor (Freshman):
- Competed at one meet.
- Recorded a time of 9:26.52 in the 3000m at the Stinger Open.
2020 Cross Country (Freshman):
- Competed in two meets.
- Season best came at the Chadron State Cross Country Invitational (28:27.0).
High School:
- Was a team captain at Brandon Valley High School.
- All-Conference and All-State selection.
- Academic All-State honoree.
- Selected to Academic All-Conference selection.
Personal:
- Son Ty and Michelle.
