  • Two-time all-conference selection in track & field as well as an all-state selection.
  • In five years of cross country, Cast earned four all-state and four all-conference selections.
  • Best Cross Country time was 15:36.4 while his mile, 2 mile and 800m runs in track came at 4:38.91, 10:03.08 and 2:12.39.
