2024 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Ran at five meets.
- Three top 10 finishes (1500m run, 3000m run, mile run).
2023-24 Indoor (Sophomore):
- Competed in three meets.
- Three top 10 finishes (distance medley relay, 3000m run, mile run).
2023 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Participated in the RMAC and South Central Regional Championships.
- At the Black Hills State XC Invite he finished in 16th in 19:57.9.
2023 Outdoor (Freshman):
- Competed in four meets.
- Competed at the RMAC Championships in the 3000m steeple chase.
- Best performances came in the 1500m at the Bauer Open (4:23.28) the 800m run (2:07.77) and the 3000m steeple chase (10:00.96).
2022-23 Indoor (Freshman):
- Competed at four different meets.
- Season best in the 3000m run (9:08.70) at the SDSU Indoor Classic.
- Placed in the top-5 twice in the mile and the 4 x 400 relay as the first leg (3:57.36).
2022 Cross Country (Freshman):
- Competed in six different races.
- Season-bests in the 10K (34:36.0), the 8K (27:15.8), and 6K (20:18.5).
- Competed in the RMAC Championships and the South Central Region Championships.
High School:
- Named team MVPÂ at Woodland High School.
- Earned all-league and all-region honors.
