2024 Men's Cross Country Roster
Biography
2024 Outdoor (Freshman):
- Competed in eight meets.
- FInished in the top five a toal of eight times.
- Won in the 400m hurdles at the Al Cassell Classic.
- Qualified for the RMAC Championships in the 400m hurdles, and qualified for the finals after finished seventh in the prelims.
2023-24 Indoor (Freshman):
- Competed in six meets.
- Recorded a total of seven top-5 finishes.
- Qualified for the RMAC Championships where he finished in seventh as part of the Distance Medley Relay Team.
- Was part of two first place finishes (DMR, 4 x 400 relay).
- Took a second place finish at the Wyoming Power Meet in the 400m dash.
2023 Cross Country (Freshman):
- Competed in the Black Hills State XC Invite, running the 6K in 12:28.2.
Prep:
- Competed in two years of varsity track & field at Gretna High School.
- 3x Metro Conference Academic All-State honoree.
- Best marks were 38.97 (300m hurdles), and 1:57.50 (800m).
- Also competed in cross country for four years, running a best time of 16:47 in the 5K.
- Was a member of the soccer team at Gretna for two years.
- Member of National Honors Society and was named Summa Cum Laude.
Personal:
- Son of Kendra and Colby.
- Has two siblings (Cadence and Kendall).
- Majoring in mechanical engineering.
