Accomplishments
- Holds the #8 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the indoor 5K.
- Holds the #3 Hardrocker top-10 mark in the outdoor 10K.
- 2021 RMAC Cross Country Summit Award Winner.
- 2021 RMAC Cross Country All-Academic - First Team.
- 3x RMAC Cross Country All-Academic - Honor Roll (2019, 2020, 2022).
2023 Outdoor (Senior):
- Raced twice (1500, 5K).
- Finished ninth in the 1500m run at the Bauer Open.
2022-23 Indoor (Redshirt Senior):
- Ran at three meets.
- Competed in the mile twice and the 3K and 5K once.
- Finished with a pair of top-10s (3K, mile).
2022 Cross Country (Fifth Year):
- Raced six times.
- Best finish came in the 5k at the Gage McSpadden Memorial, finishing 17th with a time of 22:17.3.
- Competed at the RMAC and Division II South Central Regional Championships.
2022 Outdoor (Junior):
- Ran the 5k and 10k.
- Finished in the top-5 four times (5k – three times).
- Set PR in the 10k at the Yellow Jacket Spring Open.
- Competed at the RMAC Championships.
2021-22 Indoor (Redshirt Junior):
- Ran the mile, 3k, 5k, and 4 x 400 relay.
- Record three top-five finishes (5K – twice, 4 x 400).
- Recorded PRs in the mile, 5k, and 3k.
2021 Cross Country (Senior):
- Best finish in four meets came at the Gage McSpadden Memorial XC Invite, coming in sixth place with a time of 21:49.2.
- Competed in the RMAC and Division II South Central Regional Championships.
2021 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Ran the 5k (three times) and 10k (twice).
- Recorded top-five finishes at the Bauer Open (5K) and the Dickinson State Blue Hawk Games (10K).
- Competed in the 10k at the RMAC Championships.
2020-21 Indoor (Redshirt Sophomore):

- Ran in two meets, finishing in the top-14 twice.
2020 Outdoor (Sophomore):
- Season canceled due to COVID-19.
2019-20 Indoor (Redshirt Freshman):
- Competed at three different meets.
- Finished in fifth place in in the 5k at the Yellow Jacket Holiday Classic.
2019 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Competed in four races.
- Finished 10th at the Chadron State XC Invitational.
- Competed at the RMAC and Division II South Central Region Championships. Â
2019 Outdoor (Freshman):
- Ran the 1500m at five meets.
- Best finish was 12th place at the UNC Invite.

- Recorded two top-20 finishes with a season-best of 12th coming at the Chadron State Invitational XC Meet.
