- 3x RMAC Indoor All-Academic - Honor Roll (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23).
- 4x RMAC Cross Country All-Academic - Honor Roll (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023).
2023 Cross Country (Fifth Year):
- Competed in six races.
- Recorded top 15 and top 5 finishes at the Yellowjackets/Battlin' Bears Open and the Black Hills State XC Invite.
2023 Outdoor (Redshirt Junior):
- Competed in the 1500m run, the 5K and the 10K.
- Set PR in the 10K at the USD Early Bird Open (32:14.34).
- Competed at the RMAC Championships in the 10K.
2022-23 Indoor (Senior):
- Competed in the 5K, 3000m run and the mile.
2022 Cross Country (Senior):
- Competed in the 6K, the 8K (3 times) and the 10K.
- Recorded PR in the 6K (20:07.7) at the Gage McSpadden Memorial.
- Competed at the RMAC Championships and the South Central Region Championships.
2022 Outdoor (Redshirt Sophomore):
- Competed in the 1500m run, the 5K (2 times), 400m hurdles, and steeplechase (3 times).
- Recorded PRs in the 1500m run (4:21.44), 400m hurdles (1:08.56) and the steeplechase (10:07.50).
- Competed at the RMAC Championships in the steeplechase.
2021-22 Indoor (Junior):
- Competed in the 5K, the mile and the 3000m run.
- Recorded PRs in the 3000m run (9:05.76) and the 5K (15:09.72).
2021 Cross Country (Junior):
- Best 8K time and PR came in the Fort Hays State Tiger Open (25:23.2).
- Competed at the RMAC Championships.
- Competed at the South Central Region Championships, running the 10K with a PR of 32:18.7.
2021 Outdoor (Redshirt Freshman):
- Competed in the steeplechase 3 times and the 5K twice.
- Best performance in the steeplechase came at the Bauer Open (10:24.83).
- Best 5K time was 16:17.31 at the Mines (Colorado) Pre-Conference Invite.
- Competed in the steeplechase at the RMAC Championships.
2020-21 Indoor (Sophomore):
- Competed in the mile, the 3000m run and the 5K.
- Recorded a PR in the mile at the 2021 Stinger Open (4:43.93).
2020 Cross Country (Sophomore):
- Competed twice with a season best of 27:06.3 at the Chadron State Cross Country invitational.
- Competed at the RMAC Championships.
