PUEBLO, Colo. --- The South Dakota Mines men's golf team is coming off of a great performance last week at the Beartooth Invitational.

The Hardrockers finished 3
rd overall in Billings, led by
Bryce Howard, who earned RMAC Men's Golfer of the Week for his performance. Howard finished in third place, shooting a 145 two-round score, with a 1-over 73 in round one, followed by an even-par 72 in round two.

As a team, South Dakota Mines finished 3
rd overall at the Beartooth Invitational,

Roger Nakagawa tied for 7
th, shooting 3-over 75's in both rounds. (75-75-150).
Lane Jensen and
Jake Francis also had top-30 finishes. They will be joined by
Joseph Vincent who has also had a strong fall season, to round out the team.

They will finish up the fall season at the Farmers Insurance Samuel Proal Invitational hosted by CSU-Pueblo.

This tournament will take place at the Pueblo Country Club, and will include 15 other teams. They are as follows: Texas A&M International, Colorado Mesa, UT Tyler, CSU-Pueblo, St. Mary's, Cal State East Bay, University of Colorado-Colorado Springs, Fort Lewis, Midwestern State, Saint Martin's, Western New Mexico, Simon Fraser, Colorado School of Mines, Lubbock Christian, Oklahoma Christian, Colorado Christian, Holy Names, and Texas A&M-Commerce.
